PAYROLL DEDUCTION AUTHORIZATION
By choosing the Payroll Deduction payment option you agree that you have reviewed and understood the terms and conditions below:
My selection of the Payroll Deduction payment option hereby authorizes Tradesmen International, Inc., to withhold the amount requested from my pay each payroll period until the balance due has been satisfied. I understand that the full unpaid balance will be withheld from my final pay, vacation pay or any other funds owed to me by Tradesmen in the event I my employment is terminated for any reason. I also understand that my order will be shipped to me only upon receipt of final payment , i.e., upon paying the total amount of my order.
Payroll deductions are permitted up to a maximum of $200.00. Payments will be deducted using a maximum of four (4) payroll deductions. All purchases under $20.00 will be deducted from one pay. NOTE: The Payroll Deduction option can be used in combination with a credit card payment. If your total merchandise purchase exceeds the $200.00 maximum Payroll Deduction – inclusive of any shipping/handling, taxes, etc. – the balance must be paid by a credit card.
All requests for “payroll deductions” are subject to Tradesmen's approval.
