Ordering
Shop Online
You may locate merchandise by either browsing or searching. The home page lists different age ranges. Click an age range to see a list of products appropriate for that age range, then click a product to see a detailed explanation of the item. You may also search for specific items by entering the product name or description in the Search Products field at the top of every page. You will be given a list of items that best match your search criteria.

Shopping Cart
At any time during shopping you may review the items in your cart by clicking on the Cart link at the top right of each page. You may delete items, save them for later, and update the quantity of each item placed in your cart before placing your order.
When you've completed shopping, visit your cart and click the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page. If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the designated field before proceeding to checkout. Please refer to Ordering for more information about checkout.
The different selections in your cart are:
- Update quantity. Type in the quantity you wish to purchase for each item and click "Update Order."
- Remove an item from your cart. To remove an item, click "Delete" or change the quantity to zero and click "Update Order."
- Continue shopping. From your cart, you can continue shopping by clicking "Continue Shopping" or on any of the categories at the top of the page.
- Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click "Proceed to Checkout." Our checkout process is fast, easy, and secure. For more information on our secure shopping, click here.
- Questions about shipping. You can view information about shipping costs and delivery time by clicking the View Shipping Information link located under each item.
- Coupon code. Before proceeding to checkout, if you have a coupon code, enter it in the designated field located under the Proceed to Checkout button.

Product Availability
Occasionally a product may be temporarily unavailable. Unavailable products will be marked with an asterisk (*). At this time, HOP, LLC does not have a backorder option. We encourage you to return to our Web site to purchase the product at a later time.
